All repairs are just $50 plus the cost of parts (if parts are needed).
Most repairs take 24-48 hours unless special parts are needed. We service all brands of netbooks, laptops, and desktops.
We are a family owned home business. Hours are by appointment only.
All equipment must be dropped off at our home in Livonia, MI, near 6 Mile and I-275.

Payment for labor by Cash, Check, or Credit Card*. Payment for parts by Cash or Credit Card* Only.
*We automatically add an additional 3.0% plus 30 cents handling fee to all Credit Card payments.
Should you decline a repair after a diagnosis is made because additional parts are needed at an additional cost,
or, if we are unable to recover data during a data recovery operation, the $50 fee for labor is non-refundable.
Under these circumstances you will receive a coupon good for $50 off your next repair in lieu of a refund.
All labor is guaranteed for 30 days. The warranty on replacement parts varies by manufacturer.
Please bring your power adapter if you are dropping off a laptop or netbook.If there is a password required to log onto your computer, please write it down.If software needs to be loaded, please drop off any CDs/DVDs/disks with the machine.
